Cookies
This site uses very few cookies, and none of them track you. There is no advertising cookie, no analytics cookie, and no third-party tracker anywhere on this site — which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
1. What we actually set
Two kinds of cookie, both first-party — they are set by this site and readable only by it:
- Currency preference (nguera-currency) — remembers whether you chose to see prices in pounds, euros, CFA francs or another supported currency. Set only when you actively change it.
- Authentication (Supabase) — keeps you signed in to the private client portal and internal portal. Set only if you log in. If you never log in, these are never created.
2. What we do not use
No Google Analytics or equivalent. No advertising or remarketing pixels. No social media tracking. No cross-site profiling. No cookie sold or shared with anyone.
You can verify this: the site loads no third-party analytics script at all.
3. Why there is no consent banner
Under UK and EU rules, consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary and that you did not ask for. The authentication cookies are strictly necessary for a service you requested by logging in, and the currency cookie is created only when you deliberately change your currency.
We would rather explain this honestly than show a banner that pretends to offer a choice about tracking we do not do.
4. Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in to the portal; blocking the currency cookie simply means your currency choice is not remembered between visits. Neither affects your ability to read this site.
