A binding price exists only in a written quote we issue for your specific project, within its stated validity period.
3. Portfolio content
Items in our portfolio are labelled for what they are. Work marked as a demonstration or a concept was built to show our approach — it is not client work. Work marked as an internal project is our own. We do not present unverified results, invented figures, or testimonials we have not received.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt this site, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, submit false information through the form, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may block access where we detect abuse.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to NGUERA SENEGALENSIS TECH, except where a third party's material is used with permission. You may read and share the pages; you may not reproduce substantial parts commercially without our written agreement.
